There are a few different types of rehab programs in Fircrest. They will give you the tools you need to get past cravings and triggers associated with your addiction. They range in their price and quality.
An inpatient rehab program in Fircrest offers the highest quality treatment. You stay in a residential setting and immerse in your recovery. It is the most effective program available. Your program is created with your needs in mind and lasts for 28 days.
PHP is a program you transition from once rehab is over. For those who aren’t ready to go home, this is an ideal option. You will stay in a sober living home with other recovering addicts. There are treatments available and you’re free to choose which sessions you want to attend. These programs can last from 90-120 days.
Outpatient rehab programs will be offered through different associations. You’ll get the tools to help you overcome addiction but the therapy you receive isn’t as immersive as other programs. You stay at home and the program is flexible enough that you can continue on with your life. It’s a good step down program after intensive rehab.
IOP also gives you flexibility. You will stay at home but are expected at an addiction facility 3-5 times a week. For a few hours, you will immerse in therapy sessions that are designed after inpatient treatments. They work around your schedule so you can continue to work. The program lasts up to 90 days.
The first step towards recovery is detox. There are professional detox programs in Fircrest which help you deal with the challenges. You’ll abstain from using substances which will quickly cause withdrawal symptoms. These can be extremely uncomfortable which is why you’ll need support and potentially medical assistance. The process will last from 5-7 days
It’s a 1-hour drive from Fircrest to the Northpoint Washington facility which offers 28-day inpatient rehab.
Once you’ve finished rehab successfully, you’ll be going home. There are still resources for you there. It’s important to maintain your recovery and stay motivated. This is what NA and AA meetings in Fircrest help with. You’ll meet a supportive community that understands your struggles. There are also meetings that support your family so they can understand your journey.

There is no question that inpatient rehab gives you all the tools you need to successfully recover. That doesn’t mean it’s right for you however. You might not have the time or money. If this is the case, there are outpatient programs. Help is available to anyone who is ready to get past their addiction.
