About Our Private, Outpatient Mental Health Treatment Program in WA State

The Promise Program is there to provide a way for people to attend an outpatient mental health treatment program. We offer a higher level of care because we specialize in partial hospitalization services. Our program runs for 4-5 weeks.

When a client comes to Promise, they receive a psychiatric evaluation to determine what should be included in their treatment plan. Every client receives a treatment plan that is unique to them because it specifically addresses their needs. They may participate in:

  • Trauma therapy
  • Processing groups
  • Art or music therapy
  • Goal building and evaluation support
  • Mental health education
  • Yoga/Thai Chi classes
  • Experiential activities
  • Skill building classes

We work with people with many different types of mental health conditions. We treat all of the following:
